Every-other weekend and every-other holiday required.

Responsibilities Patient Care Attendant is responsible for providing direct patient nursing care services under the direct supervision of the charge nurse or RN.
Qualifications Must have one or more of the following:
Successfully completed a certified training program, passed the nursing assistant examination, successfully completed a Certified Medical Assistant Program, worked as a Patient Care Attendant or Technician, or Nursing Assistant or Resident Assistant, in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living setting within the last two years.
Must have a genuine interest in nursing and understand the principles of the nursing process.
Must have a visual and hearing acuity to detect change in the condition of the patient.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Support philosophy of facility in a positive manner.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) - (American Heart Association) - or will be certified within 3 months of hire.
