9K a year We are looking for a Parts and Accessories Associate who will report to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at BRP-Alumacraft in St.
Peter, MN.
You will be tasked with becoming an expert in all incoming/outgoing parts needed for returns, warranty claims and outside sales.
As part of your role, you will be accountable for maintaining absolute inventory accuracy and regular cycle counting both independently and within a team.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Adhere to the incoming and outgoing shipment guidelines.
Picking and preparing manufactured items for transport, documenting and comparing shipments to records, reporting discrepancies and updating systems accordingly.
Maintain accurate record keeping including but not limited to inventory, inventory placement, inventory counts, shipping details, charges, and damages.
Partner with internal employees providing historical data, requested reporting, and reasonable options/solutions to out of stock or no longer available parts.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
Valid Driver's License Computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Google Docs/Google Sheets, Speedy Delivery Software, etc.
) Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills while maintaining attention to detail Ability to multitask, be a critical thinker, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Preferred:
Prior experience operating a forklift, motorized vehicles, or mechanical equipment is a plus One year of warehouse, picking/packing experience Management of customer concerns and experience handling challenging interactions Do you have other qualifications?
